About Valentina

Currently I work as a researcher at the Socio-Spatial Analysis Group at Wageningen University. I have a background in socio-economic development and environmental sciences. My current research focuses on exploring the role of tourism in poverty alleviation and nature conservation, especially in the South.

Additionally I give individual or group trainings on different topics related to awareness and personal development. On this matter I followed several courses in USA, in Italy and in the Netherlands. I am a certified talents coach, certified Iyengar yoga en Synergy yoga teacher.

Interactive lecture:

“Rest in your nature and live your dreams: some reflections on personal leadership”

This interactive lecture starts with exploring the life of those who lived their authentic nature and dreams with awareness and a courageous heart, in spite of many obstacles. It goes on investigating what can help you to rest in your nature, to live the life fully as it unfolds and to live with awareness your dreams. A few exercises will be conducted in order to stimulate your intuition and facilitate this investigation.
